Welcome to Jurassic Yarn! 

Count down to Halloween with our 13-day mystery mini skein calendar! This mini skein set is inspired by the original Jurassic Park film. You can expect colorways inspired by iconic quotes, characters, and the dinosaurs themselves!

Each Countdown Calendar will include 13 individually wrapped and numbered fingering weight mini skeins.  The idea is to open one mini skein per day leading up to Halloween, but you are always welcome to open them all at once or in whichever order you choose. :)

OPTIONS:

Classic Calendar - Includes thirteen individually wrapped and numbered fingering weight mini skeins, one stitch marker, one progress keeper, and one sticker.

Calendar + Add-On - Includes thirteen individually wrapped and numbered fingering weight mini skeins, one stitch marker, one progress keeper, one sticker, AND one 100g fingering weight full size skein in a coordinating colorway. 

YARN BASE:

--Merino/Nylon Sock-- 
4-ply, 75% Superwash Merino Wool / 25% Nylon

Mini skein - 90 yds / 20 grams per mini skein

Full skein - 460 yds / 100 grams (*Only included in the + Add-On option)

Care- Hand wash in cool water, lay flat to dry.

About our dye process...
We use professional acid dyes to create beautifully saturated colorways on soft, durable bases. As with all handmade products, slight variation will occur between and sometimes within dye lots. We strive to represent our colorways accurately in our listing photos, but please keep in mind that monitor and screen settings may display colors differently.

-Every skein is hand washed once completed.  Yarn is dyed and stored in a smoke-free, dog-friendly studio.
